Since 1988 Lee Hayes has been involved in assisting festivals, events and organisations around the globe. His first event, the 12th European Juggling Convention in Maastricht was a huge succes and shortly after that was hired by the Oranjeboom Straatfestival as Artistic Director. Since making this national event into an international legend Lee has held various jobs in many events. Under the name of The Perfect Pitch, Lee has combined his performing and artistic programming skills into the best show available.
